How can I book a transfer? Go to the contact page and fill out the form with your name, email address and request. Make sure you mention the car, day and place of the transfer. We will reply within 1 working day sending you a quote for the service. If you agree, you just need to proceed with the payment and the booking will be done.

How does the airport transfer service work? A driver will be waiting near the arrival gate at the time of your flight, carrying a sign with your name on it. One day before, we will have sent you his/her mobile phone number so you can contact him/her directly in case you experience any issue at the airport. Just make sure you send us the flight details in advance so we can arrange the service properly.

What happens if my flight is delayed? Nothing. We will wait for you with no extra charge.

Are gratuity and tolls included in the prices? Yes, both gratuity and tolls are included in the price of our short distance transfers. For long distance trips tolls will be indicated separately and included in the quote you receive.

Do I get extra charged if my transfer is very late at night? No. Same services and same prices at any time.

Will my driver speak English? Yes. If we receive the booking through our English website we will arrange the service with an English speaking driver. However, if you contact us through the Spanish site, you should indicate you need one.

How do I proceed with payment? We are currently offering three different options for payment:

Bank transfer: We will send you our bank details so you can deposit the amount of your service in the company account.

PayPal: Once you have received our quote and service confirmation, you can go to our home page, scroll down and push the button “Buy Now”. After that you will be redirected to the PayPal page where you can deposit the agreed amount using your own PayPal account.

Credit card: You can either pay through our website or provide us with your credit card number and expiry date by email/phone and we will proceed with the payment course. If you prefer to pay through our website, please go to our homepage and scroll down until you find the “Buy Now” button. After pushing it, introduce the amount for the service we will have sent you previously and select the option “Don’t have a PayPal account”. Once you have introduced your credit card information you will have the option to finalize the payment without creating a PayPal account.

What anticipation is needed in order to book a car? We are able to arrange services within 24 hours, sometimes even less. However, in order to guarantee the availability of the car requested, we would appreciate if you book at least 48 hours in advance.

What is your cancellation policy? Cancellation is free of charge until 24 hours before the service.

I travel with my family, can I get a baby seat in the car? Of course, with no extra charge. Just let us know while doing the booking.
